On Dogs Rough & Smooth:
Lucy Dawson was a British artist, known for her pencil & pastel
sketches of dogs.
Her work was of such renown that she was invited to Windsor castle to draw the Royal corgi.
Today, many of the prints
and postcards made of her work have become quite scarce and valuable.
This book is a collection of notated drawings of many different dog breeds, with 16 in color.

Book Condition:
The boards are lightly edgeworn with a few tiny nicks at the lower front. The dust jacket is edgeworn with small chips & tears. All pages and drawings are clean, and the binding is tight. The dust jacket is protected in a mylar wrap.
