Some Upcoming Events to Put On Your Calendar!

North Atlantic Neighbors: History in Revolutionary Times
Saturday December 09 | 1:00PM - 3:00PM
North Atlantic Neighbors: History in Revolutionary Times with authors Margaret Pinard and Lars D.H. Hedbor

Join us for a lively conversation with two authors who have done extensive research for their books. They will be discussing what they write and the research they’ve done. They are happy to answer questions and will be available to sign books at the end!

Margaret Pinard is a Portland author whose historical works explore the struggles of the downtrodden in the 19th century British Empire. Lars D. H. Hedbor is an amateur historian, linguist, brewer, fiddler, astronomer and baker. Professionally, he is a technologist, marketer, writer and father of many fierce daughters. His love of history drives him to share the excitement of understanding the events of long ago, and how those events touch us still today.

This event is free and open to the public.
